In March 30, 2017 China Customer Contact Center Industry Development Summit (South China) themed as “Supreme Service+Cohesive Innovation” was solemnly held at Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen, and giants in this industry made an in-depth discussion on a series of problems centering on “in face of new challenges in this new age, how our colleagues in call center industry can make breakthroughs during their growth”.
